If I could give 0 stars I would they can’t even Book an appointment with the office on the second floor in the same building for a serious issue not to mention When I went in for my appointment that they scheduled wrong, asked for my insurance card/what insurance I have before letting me know if they could get me in that day or not Very unprofessional not to mention the lady at the front desk on the second floor is very rude
I really like Sarah Roach NP. I feel like she cares. I really don’t like the lack of fresh air (why don’t you have windows that open!!!!) & that you have to wait sooo long for your appointment. In a tiny claustrophobic room with no ventilation. I get very sick just going in for a visit.

Came here as a first-time patient today, and was left disappointed and frustrated. The front desk did not greet me when looking to check in and avoided eye-contact, and had the same experience with the check out desk. I also completed about 30 minutes worth of paperwork online the day before my appointment and was told to complete this lengthy paperwork again while waiting.
