I had a disappointing experience. I felt that my concerns were not listened to during the visit. No physical examination was performed, yet the appointment was billed to my insurance as if one had occurred. After I left the office, my treatment plan was changed without discussion or consent. This left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable. I would not return and would not recommend this office in general to patients who expect thorough evaluations and shared decision-making.

It was a great place until 8/13/25see my son has seizures and we have been going since he was a kid since dr stackman was the Nero and have been going since dr.king well yesterday the reception told him he needs a picture id and have always needed one so I went in trying to keep peace because I just got out of the hospital from having a massive heart attack and the reception pretty much told me to shut up which was bringing my adrenaline up which I was told I needed to keep calm very rude reception with that crazy lady becau... read more

I had gone through 2 Dr's. There only because they keep leaving. I just now tried to get scheduled with a primary there seeing as though I've been going to that facility. They told me I have to do an intake as a new patient and they aren't scheduling out until December. Number 1, I am not a new patient. Not my fault your doctors keep leaving and then you guys don't bother to tell your patients and offer them a new appointment with an available provider.
