I had gone through 2 Dr's. There only because they keep leaving. I just now tried to get scheduled with a primary there seeing as though I've been going to that facility. They told me I have to do an intake as a new patient and they aren't scheduling out until December. Number 1, I am not a new patient. Not my fault your doctors keep leaving and then you guys don't bother to tell your patients and offer them a new appointment with an available provider. I had been seeing a provider at this practice who retired apparently. I say apparently as I did not know it until now that I need care. But since that provider is not with them anymore, they want to make me wait 1.5 MONTHS to get in to be seen as followup post shoulder injury, with need for pain meds and medical workup. I am shocked at how little obligation they have as a practice, in which no provider will make it their problem to see me for so long - they just say go to the ER then - but already did that. I'm happy with the care from the nurse practitioner Mrs. Ruth Parsons, but having to wait at least 20 minutes everytime I call is a bit ridiculous.
