Had a great tour with Dallyce. She was professional, welcoming, and very pleasant to talk with. I left with a much better understanding of the apartments.
I am changing my review to 1 star (wishing I could give 0). Our experience started off great thanks to Dallyce, she is an amazing manager and gave us a great tour. However, everything went downhill from there. I can no longer recommend this apartment complex to future renters. The disconnect between the local management and the corporate is atrocious. Dallyce is super nice and thoughtful. She showed me all the available room types I was interested in and gave me a very detailed virtual tour from Cayuga Place to Cayuga Lofts, even on a rainy day. Her tour really helped me make the decision to choose Cayuga Place for the coming year. I’m really looking forward to living here now!
Best bang for your money here! Upgraded amenities, new secure entry locks for the building. It’s quiet here and staff does an amazing job with events and replying back to you.
The resident in unit 317 keeps playing heavy beats with loud subwoofer all day. I reported this to apartment management a month ago, but there has been no improvement at all. It has made it impossible to rest, especially at night and on weekends. Management needs to address this and tell them to stop doing so
