I lived here for two years and absolutely loved it. It truly felt like a home away from home. The building is always peaceful with no loud neighbors or parties, which was perfect for me. The management and maintenance teams were amazing. They were always kind, responsive, and made everything easy. The location is also a big plus. I mainly live in the city but stayed here occasionally with my wife while she was in school. What I appreciated most was the peace of mind this place gave me. It felt very secure, and knowing the bus stop was right outside made it easier to leave her alone when I had to be away. The maintenance team was also great. I enjoyed my time at Cayuga Place! The building is definitely older, and as expected with age, things tend to break fairly often. However, the maintenance team was always quick to respond and helpful whenever issues came up, which made these inconveniences manageable. The management office staff were approachable and supportive, always willing to talk things through.
