I showed up at 12:30pm for my 1:15 CT scan appointment. Checked in and was taken back to a small waiting room where I sat for well over an hour without ever being acknowledged. When I was approached, I was asked if I was waiting for someone . Never received an apology for the pathetically long wait. This is one of the many reasons why you have a very bad reputation!!
