The providers are good. Dr. Cowdery was amazing and is missed. The low rating is because if there is a billing error, there is no recourse to get an explanation or to get it corrected. If you call, you get passes around and nobody seems to have the authority to fix it. Not a good way to treat a patient and not transparent with their billing.
My sister myself and my father met with Dr.Saada today and we were all very impressed. The doctor was very intuitive and friendly. Great bed side manner. I loved that he listened and used a transcription to record the visit instead of typing on a lap top the whole time. I appreciate the way he spoke with my father. I think his diagnosis and treatment plan were spot on. He answered all questions and gave my father a lot of great feedback and suggestions. I highly recommend him.

I’ve received excellent care from the two physicians I see at this facility.
dr saada was one of the most informative and friendly people, i've ever had in a care team. he reviewed my mri with me and listened to all of my questions with concern, and worked with me on a future plan to figure out how to help me function through the pain i've been dealing with for all of a decade. i would give 10 stars if i could.
