My partner has MS, and Dr. Sada shifted their 6 hour infusion to a 2 hour infusion after trying to convince them to do the weekly shot. This caused an allergic reaction that could have been fatal if the infusion nurse wasn't so alert and prepared. Then the office refused to call my partner back after a trip to the ER, ghosting us and leaving us to find a new medical practice.
The providers are good. Dr. Cowdery was amazing and is missed. The low rating is because if there is a billing error, there is no recourse to get an explanation or to get it corrected. If you call, you get passes around and nobody seems to have the authority to fix it. Not a good way to treat a patient and not transparent with their billing.
My sister myself and my father met with Dr.Saada today and we were all very impressed. The doctor was very intuitive and friendly. Great bed side manner. I loved that he listened and used a transcription to record the visit instead of typing on a lap top the whole time. I appreciate the way he spoke with my father. I think his diagnosis and treatment plan were spot on. He answered all questions and gave my father a lot of great feedback and suggestions. I highly recommend him.
