Susan Maloney-cowles, The respiratory therapist at CPAP and respiratory services went above and beyond for me today. She took extra time out of her busy schedule for me to ensure that I had access to the equipment that I needed without a lengthy wait. Not only that she had a great attitude and made me smile. I highly recommend working with her!!
Last year purchased two assist lift chairs that were promptly delivered by Kathy and assistant over the weekend. She helped position and set up the chairs so well and they look like a fine addition to our living room.
They straight refused to run insurance information for a medical device that is required to do a surgery. When pointed out they don't answer for insurance companies if the equipment would be covered or not, which they don't answer for them. They just Straight REFUSED to run any insurance information threw there system. Me personally I don't feel like these people can be trust at all. They just made excuses why to not run the information. If they actually gave a crap about anyone they would at least try to call the insurance ... read more
I recently needed to obtain a walker/ rollator. There were some issues regarding the insurance claim. The Manager - Kathy was made aware of them and stepped in and handled the situation with the utmost display of professionalism seldom seen. I had the device delivered the very next day. I was/am amazed and grateful to her, and her skills to "make it happen". Apparently , that is why she is such a good Manager. Thank you Kathy !!!!
