The nurses , doctors, and technicians were absolutely wonderful, but the overall experience of being in the hospital for two days was so damaging to my sense of comfort in my relationship to my immediate surroundings that i was constantly unsteady and anxious. ( I am 95 years old) When I left the hospital I felt completely depleted emotionally and physically.
Cayuga Medical Center provided me with excelant care. There was very little wait time and the medical staff was very thorough on making sure everything was understood. The facility was very clean and neat as well. Being the first time having surgery I could not have asked for a better experience!
This visit was met with warmth, kindness and professionalism. The entire time there, it was directional, focused and thorough. I felt heard, seen and concerned for my individual heart health. Dr. Singh was beyond super. He is such a level headed doctor. I look forward to working with this team to improve my current health issues. I believe that I have a strong team supporting me as I navigate this journey. Thank you all for your support.
Slowest hospital I’ve been to. Sit for hours waiting for treatment and no one comes to check on you.
