Immediate care: I had to tell the nurse to stop poking my knee after already telling her about the excruciating pain I experience. Gave me X-rays Without LEAD Protection. I mentioned it and the technician shrugged and said "now you get to help me " like that's something on my bucket list. All the money spent on facilities and the people are as elitist and arrogant as ever. Mika in the complaint department hasn't returned my call, and by my experience never will. They just don't care.
The medical care here is fine, BUT their billing department is horrendous (sending you to collection without ever sending you an actual invoice, telling you on the phone you have no further outstanding bills, then sending you bills from 2 years ago) - they have no clue what they are doing. Their transition to myChart is aweful, I am trying to get my account moved, the app and website has bugs a plenty, their help desk is one person handling lots of requests (I was nr 27 in line, they called back 4h later, I missed that call,... read more
I was disappointed, my daughter had a 101.5 fever entire day the triage says she's okay I just dont know how he did her temperature because I did rectal after leaving the hospital and she had 102.8. So I was waiting for almost 2hrs then decided to take my daughter elsewhere. Very sad indeed
