Slowest hospital I’ve been to. Sit for hours waiting for treatment and no one comes to check on you.
DO NOT GO HERE. Both times I have gone with serious illness and they did not help me at all. Terrible communication and treatment of patient. Test results were supposed to come back in 3 days, and they did not, when I had a serious condition. I called to inquire about the status of the results and was rerouted multiple times, then at the end I was told that they had no idea what had happened with the results. Thank God for WellNow, otherwise I would have been toast. I REPEAT: DO NOT GO HERE.
I had an appointment scheduled (2pm) and I drove one hour to it. When I came in, I was told that my appointment has passed an hour ago. Scheduling team never called me to let me know. How can you be unprofessional, I don’t understand!!
