Giving an extra star as I appreciate my therapist and prescriber immensely. Considering going elsewhere as the nurses are condescending and seem to never listen. I really hate it when there's a med snafu as I don't enjoy pressing option 2 when I call in. I could not receive meds as per the pharmacy, but the nurses were convinced I was lying as an order was "put in January 15th"... . Well, today February 23rd the pharmacy is stating 0 authorization. "But it says here we did this on January 15th...". Ridiculous circles with 0 ... read more

After trying to get ahold of the therapist leaving 3 voice messages without any call back I have come to the conclusion that they really dont want to help people if they did she would had reach out to me, It seems like they like to keep families split apart,

Certain parts of staff do not listen. I've had wrong prescriptions filled due to staff not listening (needed Seroquel, got Sertraline which i have 4 bottles of already...). Nurse will contact me in regards to a question and start talking down to me on a completely DIFFERENT topic that had nothing to do with my reasons for notifying staff. I love my therapist 100%, but it does have a level of suck that I already have distrust in a piece of the staff I try to maintain communications with.

My “therapist” made it clear he cared more about his needs than mine during my 30 minute intake appointment that I paid $150 for. Very unlikely to ever step foot in this place again

CCMH is a horrible place to go if you want to get help with your mental health. Not only have many of their current and former patients spoken out regarding their careless and unprofessional conduct, but other healthcare offices have too. After many instances of them either misdiagnosing patients, or simply not caring enough to want to get to the root causes, many of their patients have had to suffer because of the incompetency and arrogance of their staff. I would never recommend this place to anyone wanting to actually get... read more
