Dr. Epard is helping me deal with chronic knee and hip pain by finding pain trigger points and releasing them. Her adjustments are very gentle, but still focused on alleviating tension and allowing the body to align and heal. I have been going weekly for months, but now only need every two weeks because it is helping so much. This therapy is covered by my insurance, which I am so grateful for.
