Great care (5 star), terrible billing (negative 1 star). Went through automated system to pay, ended up with person who said payment was another department and they will call me back. Obviously only want check or cash.
Some of the most experienced anesthesiologists in the world. I would certainly trust them with my or my family's lives. Dr. Klufas is my favorite doctor in the entire world 😊
Care was great. Paying for it was an absolute nightmare. The billing department is incredibly difficult to contact with absurdly long wait times to accomplish the most simple of tasks. The system seems to be designed to cause late payments and collections. Unacceptable for a professional organization.
Their billing department is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They keep botching payment, they don't return calls. They have absurd waiting times to reach their billing department and you can't get a supervisor on the phone. They are idiots.
