Found myself in a unsafe unhabitable apartment....my safety=0 concern. PROFESSIONALS ADVICE IGNORED. Come to find out there is NO certificate of occupancy. Denial of being real estate agency (LMAO) Made an offer to me but I declined and was warned the landlord can drag this out and ill be stuck in a unsafe environment. Do business with whomever you chose but be careful.
