I contracted and paid this company in May of 2021 for a pool resurface and a hot tub addition. Almost a year later and they’re claiming they’ve submitted plans to the city but the plans have been rejected three times. However the owner cannot tell my general contractor why the plans were rejected or when they will be resubmitted and approved so they can finish the project they’ve been paid for. There’s been two empty holes in my backyard for almost a year. They’ve been paid and refuse to complete the project.
