My stay at the Cayman was one that I truly enjoyed. The office staff has always been pleasant and easy to work with. The amenities were on point and being in Las Colinas will be greatly missed. The complex was relatively quiet most times, but most of all, I was taken aback by the space of my unit and the night time view. I would strongly recommend considering the Cayman as your next place of residency.
F rating with the BBB because I tried to file a complaint, but they don’t respond to them. See picture below. they are also lying about retaliation. I received a notice after being out of town all week that my lease would not be renewed after eight years. I love my Unit, but maintenance requests are either ignored, or takes forever to be responded to. I had a door-flap issue that I had submitted as High priority (since it was pest season and I did not want pests being able to enter). It's been well over a month now and no one has come by. I have no other issues so far, and my apartment is lovely. The leasing staff are friendly and helpful thus far. Update: The office reached out to me and has fixed this issue. My experience with Cayman Las Colinas has been, without question, the worst move-in experience I’ve ever had. On move-in day, I was forced to move both in and out of the unit within the same day due to a dirt apartment and pest issue that I was never informed about. The apartment was not cleaned or prepared, and staff even admitted they had not completed a proper walkthrough to ensure it was ready. There was dog hair, dirt, ,mold and rust in places.
