Bree was the first person I came in contact with and she was nothing short of amazing! Had a maintenance issue and Quincy was also very friendly and quick in fixing the issue. Would definitely recommend :)
Update: How do I contact the management directly? Editing 5 star review I lived at The Caymans at Colinas for over 3.5 years and genuinely enjoyed my time there — until move-out. I was charged $551 for a stove top replacement, which is completely unreasonable. The stovetop was already scruffy and worn when we moved in, and we have photos to prove it. After 3.5 years of careful use (only glass-safe cookware), being charged for a full replacement purely for cosmetic reasons is unfair. Management refused to acknowledge the move... read more
Madacen and Bree in the office do a great job making me feel at home. The location is very comfy with plenty of shops in walking distance
Dani did an excellent job guiding us through the apartments at The Cayman in Las Colinas. She showed us four different units and also took the time to explain and show us the mailbox area, gym, pool, court yard and trash room. She was very resourceful, helpful, and patient throughout the entire tour. Dani answered all of our questions clearly and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. We really appreciated her professionalism and guidance.
