I’ve lived here for less than a year, and during that time, I’ve submitted numerous maintenance requests — many of which were either ignored or closed without any actual repairs. DO NOT LIVE HERE, unless you want to say hello to roaches every day. Before I moved in, I specifically asked about pest issues, and they assured me there were none. But shortly after moving in, roaches started appearing, from wall cracks, corners, and the bathroom. When I contacted management, all they did was schedule pest control, which doesn’t help with roaches that continuously enter from outside through wall and floor gaps. Had an awesome tour with Brianna Stratis! She was super chill and made the whole thing easy. She showed me around the place and pointed out all the cool spots—really loved the pool area. Definitely ask for Brianna if you’re checking the place out!
