We lived there for 2 year with husband. The best landlord and maintenance crew ever. All requests are met. Payment is so good. Clean. Location is the best. Harvey Mitchel is there, Walmart is very close Only positive memories
I wish I found this place sooner when I move to Bryan, TX. One of the best and affordable 2-bedroom apartments I lived at and will immensely miss living here. The apartment is spacious and well-kept. It was a huge perk to have a washer/dryer unit there. Gary is very attentive, quick, and communicative to any maintenance requests you may have. He is also very accommodating as I was able to extend my lease last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. Overall, great experience living here and 100% recommend.

Great value! Beautiful, spacious, 2-bedrooms, ceiling fans, washer/dryer included. The owner does the maintenance so things get fixed promptly, and this also keeps rents low. (No subcontracting of maintenance and management.) Very quiet. From what I can see, mostly studious grad students and working couples live here. The lease limits occupancy per unit. That helps keep things quiet. Two reserved parking spaces per apartment plus plenty of on-street parking. I like living on a dead-end street with very little traffic. I did ... read more
