They always take good care of me and are exceptionally experienced in handling unique insurance issues. The staff always has been friendly and responsive to every question I have had and have had my back on more than one occasion when dealing with insurance carriers. I look to CJC for both my personal and business insurance needs. I highly recommend them.

They sent me fax after fax after fax, trying to sell me insurance. I do not want insurance and am NOT a pilot car company. I called to complain and some snotty woman told me I was not being nice. An hour later and another fax, so I called AGAIN. This time I was not so nice, so she hung up. 5 minutes later another fax this time 9 pages. Not exactly the professional group they claim to be, nothing more than a nasty call center. STOP SENDING SPAM FAXES.

I payed the down payment for a policy I thought I needed. After I found out that I didn't need it I canceled the policy in writing. That was in September. Not only can I not get my money back I am getting threatening letters from a financial company wanting the whole policy payed. I know for a fact that I am not the only one. Please contact me if this has happened to you or anyone you know.
