The wait is unacceptable. I called in 30 mins prior to my appointment to let them know that as I was in route I caught a flat tire they refused to answer the phones. Then I still show up to my appointment young lady at the front desk(medical side) was very rude, nasty attitude & wasn’t helpful at all. while sitting in the waiting area to be seen she is at the front desk in front of patients yelling upset about door dash bringing her the wrong food. Great resource when in need. Walkins available, but you will wait. Most drs are very helpful.
Expect to be waiting about an hour to get checked in, rude attitudes, and then expect to wait about 30 min to even see a nurse once brought back- THEN wait another 30 min to see the doctor- THEN wait another 30 min for the nurse to come back. It's ridiculous, I was there at 7:30AM AND DIDNT LEAVE UNTIL 10 SOMETHING
