I saw Bertine for the first time this week. The whole appointment went well. Check in was easy. I was called back quickly, and the provider came in promptly as well. Bertine listened to me and although it had been a few years since seeing a Dr, she didn't give me a hard time. I explained how the last provider I saw, at a different clinic, had gaslight me into believing that what I was asking for was unnecessary but Bertine said she wouldn't stop until I got the care I was looking for.
