Really not great. You have to be selective about what tech you see if you’re getting a design. I went in for a full set and the nails came out super thick, and a couple of them are crooked. They never even clarified what shape I wanted. The design I chose was fairly simple but they still didn’t follow it completely and did a messy job. I’m also not sure that the nail tools are being properly cleaned. My tech took obviously well used cuticle nippers out of a drawer and sprayed them with alcohol. my experience here was amazing. i had 2 amazing ladies do my nails today and even though it was a bit longer than usual, my nails turned out SOOOOO good. both ladies listened to everything i wanted and made sure it worked no matter what! i will definitely be back for such beautiful nails
