Cay Electronics responded immediately with repair to my Raymarine products and provided resources within hours so we could make a weather window. I found and find them to be very professional.
I am really disappointed with the service of this place. I brought my RV traveling from NJ to this place because it was supposedly the only dealer, on the area, of the wakespeed controller for a second alternator. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fix anything, but they charged me almost $900 with the promise of sending me an upgrade program for the controller, arguing that they're trying to contact Dragonfly, but they didn't answer. Cay Electronics has provided top-notch support for a small customer (me).
Wouldn’t give us the time of day. It’s one thing to be busy, another thing to be rude. We sail from Maine to the Caribbean and haven’t encountered such rude (non) service anywhere else. And that’s including south Florida!
