Please do not go to this place I came to get treatment for cavities first when I was there, there was one doctor that acted like she was confused and after the treatment they didn’t tell me much about this treatment other than what it was and that it was supposed to reverse the cavity all they did was put sticky fluoride on my teeth I waited weeks to see a change in my teeth but no the cavity was still there.

It’s ridiculous that you have to keep calling the health department over and over just for someone to answer to make an appointment. The people are rude and when you call back to to get your test results they have an attitude. We need the government to look at and do something about this health department and the one on Jefferson

Someone needs to address the issues that are going on at Memphis Health Department Clinics..I wish I would have read the reviews before I went to Cawthon Clinic . I was only there for a Flu shot.I waited an Hour an 15min!!! No one was in the office (patients) and several was turn around at the door.Although I heard plenty of laughter and Employees talking....What good is a neighborhood clinic when they won’t service the neighborhood...Walked in Walgreens for my Flu Shot was in and out 15min top!!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Called for appointment they were rude, went in nurse was very unprofessional, and called back for test results and she was mean. I wasn't sure which say to call back on and she copped an attitude and just hung up on me after I called her out on her attitude. UNPROFESSIONAL
