Make sure to do the research yourself to see what you are covered for here before getting services. I was told i was in network and then i was charged 3 separate times because apparently my CIGNA was not in network after all.

Edit: I got charged for $65 for fluoride treatment. I clearly asked if it was additional to which they said no and that it was covered by my insurance. Only to have them charge me via email! Never coming back again. They said I was the one who needed to call my insurance to verify if it was covered however I asked before the treatment if it was additional they lied and said it was covered when it wasn’t.

I usually have very positive experiences at this dental office — the cleanings have always been professional and the front desk staff is courteous and kind. However, my recent visit for my daughter’s filling procedure was extremely unpleasant and, in my opinion, completely unprofessional. My daughter was placed on the chair by the nurse, who administered the gas we had paid for to help her stay calm and comfortable during the procedure.
