I had none of the problems that others described. Ray showed up on time, ordered parts, and had my unit fixed in 2 days.
DO NOT use these people! Sent by American Home Warranty. The tech was a complete jerk & did NOTHING!
I have used Cavin's for both routine maintenance and for A/C repair. They are knowledgeable and reliable. i wholeheartedly recommend this company for HVAC service.
Ray Cavin's A/C and Heating never did finish my job, but took full payment of $3600 for replacing a central air conditioning unit that was under warranty with America Home Warranty. He would not return my calls or texts. Do not do business with this company. Wish I had known.
Terrible service, very unprofessional. Will not answer our phone calls and does not return messages. Put them out of bussiness!!!
