Moved from out of state and wasn't sure what to expect and got so much help with not just the tour but the application process. The property was so gorgeous and well maintained. I also saw the schools elementary school and middle school are near by !
We lived there for 3 years. I constantly had spiders but they wouldn't come spray unless I removes my animals from the property for 2 hours. How am I supposed to do that, I have cats. Where would we go? I cant describe how many spiders. I saw at least 2-3 daily in the summer. How many was i NOT seeing?? After 2.5 years of them denying pest control service for me I called them, begging to please work something out with me where I can lock my animals in a room that wouldn't get treated. A special thank-you to James for responding promptly to me being locked out of my apartment. My grandson accidently locked the door before leaving for school while I was walking my dog Piper. I was furious and extremely upset because I had just rolled out of bed to walk Piper. I walked over to the Leasing office and realized they would not open until noon. I had no phone. Was great till a suv crashed into our place almost killing my kids and mother in law. They weren’t really helpful then when it came to file a claim for our loss of all my kids stuff they gave my husband a form saying we couldn’t file a claim with the guys insurance who cause the crash because it would take from them. The guys insurance said we should file and the property kicked us out. 30 day warning right when Christmas came. My husband and I were displaced from our home because of a fire and placed at this complex for temporary housing so we do not technically live here. I’m here to warn you that the complex itself is fine enough (too expensive of course, we would not be willing to live here off our own money) but seriously don’t be surprised if you wake up one morning and your vehicle is missing.
