Stellar unit that was very well taken care of
Let me start by highlighting that Caviata has so many wonderful options for their units. Each floorplan offers a wide range of options for a wide range of living situations. The unit we were in was absolutely tremendous. A HUGE shoutout to the staff, as everyone is friendly, kind, and truly feels part of the community. Edit: $900 move out charges slapped on us the day before Christmas. Just lovely. Good riddance. Also took way longer than the 21 days THEY STATED in the lease for them to get our security deposit back to us (it took more than 30 days). Horrendous service and don't even abide by their own policies they set. My husband and I were displaced from our home because of a fire and placed at this complex for temporary housing so we do not technically live here.
