Jason our maintenance team is one the best I have ever had in my many years in living with community’s he is by far the most nicest Respectful and reliable person and we’ll get the job done right away. I can not thank him enough for coming to my house at 10 pm unlocking my bedroom door (kids) locked with no hesitation or problem not even charging me . or any of my requests he was always there right away now that’s amazing. Jay Jackson in maintenance is great, prompt and good spirited. Always goes above and beyond to make sure we are all set with any issues we may have. The entire maintenance team is great too. Ana got a part they needed very quickly, installed it so fast and now I can use my appliance again with little interruption. Thanks!

Primarily leaving this review for maintenance, specifically Jay. Previously you’d rarely see anyone at the pool during the day on the weekends. Jay keeps a close eye on everything. The trash is emptied, the pool stays clean and the heater is actually turned so the pool isn’t too frigid to use!! I wish it were the same on the weekends he is off. Thank you Jay, we appreciate you!
Do NOT rent here. You WILL regret. From the cheap ass repairs to the poor parking and terrible staff, its a BAD idea. Be forewarned.
