I was going to write a very negative review; but I will only say that the negative reviews I read are right on target. I couldn't say it better! If you're smart, you'll stay as far away from the nail technician as possible! Awful customer relations!! If I could give NO STAR, I would.

The phone number on this Groupon is the nail tech's cell phone, and it's extremely difficult to get a return call. In fact, at the appointment that I did manage to get (three weeks after I called), her cell phone kept ringing. Without answering the phone, Fasha kept making fun of the callers by shaking her head and going on about how "people just want instant gratification - they just don't know how to wait." If I told my best friend about this plack, I would say STAY AWAY. RUN FOR THE HILLS!! I work in commerical real estate so I have met thousands of business owners. I can honestly say this ranks in the top 10 of most unprofessional people I have met. My experience: I made an appointment six weeks ago for a wedding that I was in. I bought the groupon for Caviar and was a little wary after reading these negative reviews. I had Fasha give me a pedicure and shellac manicure. Fasha was nice and we had a lot to talk about. She did talk and text on her phone, which I thought was odd. But the salon is very clean and my nails look good. Basically, this is nicer than your average nail salon, but it's not as good as Goulds. But with the coupon, I thought it was a good deal.

This review is for the Hands and Feet nail salon at Caviar. I agree with the previous review. Fasha was very rude. I had called her to make an apt and left a message. I called back after getting her message and she said, "You obviously didn't listen to my message." OK.... After arriving to my appointment on time she was 20 mins late to take me back. I want to start by saying I have never left a review on any website before. I had such a bad experience at this salon that I can't help but let you know what you're getting into. This salon has the worst customer service I have ever seen. The nail care specialist, Fasha, is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. I would never refer this salon (for nails -- I do not know how good the stylist are) to anyone I know!!
