They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible... read more
