After my last visit to the clinic with a doctor who didn’t support a patient, today I had an amazing service by a genuinely great doctor who listened to me and helped me understand everything within my care. Best to give this clinic another chance as it is my most local gp clinic and everyone needs a health care team nearby. Would go back to the doctor I saw today for more health concerns. Reception was lovely today as well.
Reception staff are rude, possibly need lessons on being courteous, professionalism.
I have just had a very upsetting visit with a doctor at this clinic. I have been a patient there all my life and have not had an experience like this. I was denied my regular prescription because he did not agree with the medication my previous GP and 2 Specialist had agreed with prescribing me. The issue is not only do I have to pay for another visit to get want I need I was also made to feel like my medical choices where being controlled.
