Dear Lord! Been on this earth forever and sure wish I’d read reviews about Seth before I paid cash for my ride. Agreed on a price for the vehicle we wanted. 10/25 Purchased 2021 white Silverado v6. During test drive, we noticed truck smoking. we told the sales guy, Seth Price. Seth said it was due to “rich oil” because the truck sits & is only driven for a few minutes. We were told to drive it 40miles and it would probably stop. If not, they would check it Monday. Seth said he would fill up the truck while we did paperwork but he was doom scrolling on the couch so it didn’t happen. The truck didn’t stop smoking. Drove my recent purchase off the lot with a promise to replace the windshield. Was told it was ordered and wouldn’t be in on Monday. Called on Tuesday to find out it was not on order, took 3 days to find that out. Told they would find out what happened and get it ordered. After a month went by and Matt getting involved, which didn’t help. I got C&S glass to give me a date to install. 3 trips to Durant later and two more weeks it got replaced. I went out last week with my sister and she test drove an expedition! While on the test drive the salesperson was very pushy and wanted to push the sale while on the test drive! I asked the guy if he was going to fix the AC and he mumbled! Seems like they fixed the AC and then asked for $3500 down payment looks like that was the ac they were trying to get paid for.
