I appreciate Tessa Serrano always reminding me about my car maintenance schedule since 2024, even though I only had my oil changed at their shop once. I hope our Toyota dealer here in Canada will do the same.

Jared let me know but after finding out I had an external extended warranty he took care of getting my tire replaced on a Saturday. Thank you
I called two times today to get the exact Price it would be to service my vehicle and no one can give me an answer. It’s ridiculous. You guys called me all the time I finally given, and you can’t even give me a price.
I have never dealt with such a horrible service department. I purchased the tire and maintenance package when getting my new truck. Went in for maintenance two weeks ago and they “ordered” a tire for one that needed to be replaced. It is going on two weeks and no one can figure out when the tire was in fact ordered and finding out an ETA seems to be impossible (and keeps getting pushed). Just hoping I don’t get in an accident on the highway with the current tire that is waiting to be replaced for their errors.
