They recently sold a a family member a used base model RAV4 for 43,000 when the msrp on a new one was 26,000!!!!! They snuck in thousands in fees, warranties etc. The thing didn't even come with floor mats or a single option. Look at the BBB rating for this place you'll see they do this all day every day to single mothers, this place is unethical at best. Stay away go somewhere that cares about its customers. FYI the so called GS Admin fees/warranties where 1300+4000 the fees and upcharges alone where 7000!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWA... read more
To all parties that have been scammed by cavender Toyota service dept. File a small Claims suit it's to easy. Our local judges will side in your favor if there is anything that was misleading if you pay a company to fix some thing and they have your money and the issue was not fixed then services were not rendered. Their service personnel work on commision.
