I have been here for almost a year and the owners are actively working to make this a great place to live.They are refurbishing the apartments inside and out. The manager is very pleasant and works diligently to resolve any problems.
do not even think of moving here. They are about to be condemned again for bed bugs and termites. You will have to throw away all ur furniture due to bed bugs. The office has a new manager every two weeks so they can't keep up with what needs to be fixed, plus they are more concerned about doing make readies than taking care of the people who already live here. Do not move here. Nothing gets fixed it take 6 months or more. There is a new office manager every week. So the next one don't know what's going on. The owners are rude. They say one thing and nothing ever happens. Plz go somewhere else.
These are an all bills paid apt complex that I submitted an application on August 11th. It took them from 8-11-09 until 8-24-09 to tell me my background check came back. It was one excuese after another that it was taking so long to get my background check back. The people who do the backgrounds system had gone down, then the apartments complex computer went down. Not recommended These apartments are roach infested, the air barely works. The pool is disgusting! The managers are non caring for anything. A month ago I complained about the air and still no response. Not a good living environment for children. Alot of drug activity. And runaway children come here. And the location is very bad!!!
