Happy Customer The two hour drive to shop for a new VMW was worth the wait. Doug Fitts knows what customer service is all about. I never felt pressured to buy a particular model, he explained all of our choices with patience and knowledge. The process went smooth and the experience was a positive one. Doug went the extra mile to have the windows tinted the same day to make our purchase a total satisfaction.
Great Service I recently had my car serviced at Alderson Lexus and Rudy Salazar assisted me in getting a quick ride to work, he text me to let me know my car was ready for pick up and gave me the number to call for a ride when I was ready to be picked up. He was very helpful. The service at the dealership was great.
Great Salesman and Dealership We recently purchased a Lexus at Alderson Lexus. Our experience was enjoyable and made easy by our salesman, Gary Hays. Gary handled the matter in a very professional way. Gary showed us many alternatives and displayed great patience. Great Dealership I've used the service department at Alderson for years. They're cheaper than alternatives for those of us in Midland (Sewell in Fort Worth/Dallas or Hoy Fox in El Paso), always punctual, and the maintenance must be world class or I wouldn't have gone 9 years without a single problem. Lexus quality probably has something to do with that too. I just purchased my first vehicle from Alderson. Al Griggs was the salesman. It was a super smooth process.
