Some things were lacking on the experience but other thing with price that helped offset the experience
We had a great experience having our car fixed at Cavender Grande. The service director and our service agent, Kaitlin, did a great job getting our car repaired in the shortest time possible. Kaitlin kept us informed throughout the entire process; she was very efficient, kind and comprehensive. The transmission technician was also great in explaining and showing us the parts that were damaged in our car. We were very pleased with the attention and care we received. We definitely recommend the Service Team.
Cavender Ford dealership is a great place to purchase your vehicle. It has a very knowledgeable and supportive sales staff. The parts and service department have been great in assisting me with parts ordered and maintenance work on my Maverick. Year later, I’m back. I got my wife a Ford Escape. It is a pleasure doing business with Cavender Grande Ford.
