Great facility, comfortable waiting areas (if you choose to wait), and an excellent customer experience delivered by my service consultant. I thought I would need to stay but since I had a issue that would result in at least an overnight repair, my service advisor ordered an Uber who took me home. They also delivered my vehicle to my driveway when repairs were complete. Too notch service and care throughout the process. A winning experience!!
We had a great experience with our recent purchase. Kaleb walked us through everything and explained the whole process. He even helped us setup the Ford app and took us to the service department to setup our first mobile maintenance appointment.
