Agreed on a price. Salesman stated I must use their financing And that they did not take RBFCU financing . Call to verify with rbfcu and they stated that they have done multiple deals through that dealership. Salesman lied to get extra financing kickback. Salesman also tried to fill out the Mopar quality survey for me in order to get more kickbacks
Trent, Brandon, and Tabitha were the easiest and quickest people to work with. I contacted them on a Friday at 6 pm regarding a RAM 3500 that I wanted to purchase. They had everything ready to go and awaiting signatures by Saturday at lunch. GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH AND STRAIGHT TO THE POINT!

A sales rep contacted me on a vehicle I was interested in. We negotiated deal that included TTL and was approved by sales manager. I had asked the sales rep about 4 times that the price included TTL and the stated yes and approved by sales manager. I informed them that I will be there after work. Once got there they didnt agree with the deal stating it was not with TTL. I informed them that the sales rep got deal approved with TTL for that price with sales manager. Story short they didnt honor the deal that was approved.
