Travis was awesome. My wife was very nervous going from a vehicle with little features to a Z71 traverse. Travis went through very precise detail on what feature does what and made her feel way more confident in the vehicle compared to how worried she would be with sensors and alerts yelling at her lol. Thank you Travis. I wish the Chevrolet link for your report card would work for us. A+ for sure.
Super nice people, great service. Came back 3 weeks later to look at a new truck, Jesus in sales was super transparent and accommodating. Really good people.
Where do I start. 1: They will not move on price, even if there are 5 prior owners and 150k miles (my case exactly) 2:they will add $980 fee for “accessories”, which is nothing 3. I bought a $47,000 truck and they DID NOT include floor mats. 4. I was lied to when they claimed I would get fluid top off and they DID NOT top off my DEF fluid 5.
