It took 8 days for warranty work, replacing the driver side mirror. Absolutely unacceptable and disappointing. I also needed my infotainment system checked out and that never happened.
Jacob Mauro is THE BEST. He worked so hard to make sure that I got a vehicle I was happy with, even if it was one he couldn't get in his store. Lucky for me, we were able to get what I wanted in the suburban, I just had to wait for the 2027 model year. It came in and it's just perfect. I am so appreciative that there are still great sales people out there who ACTUALLY care about the customer!
