SERVICE-worst car dealer service department I’ve ever experienced. Every experience has been a challenge. My 2025 high end Chevrolet has warranty issues that only get addressed after multiple visits. I schedule my visits based on their suggestions. I show up as the doors open. Despite that, my car goes to the back of the line.
I’ve been waiting for over a month for them to resolve the issue with the cover for the pick up bed
Last week I went with a friend to get an oil change. We spoke with his salesman, Jon Cantu. I expressed interest in a cute Trailblazer. We test drove one and I was sold. Jon is an amazingly knowledgeable salesman. I wish anyone buying a new car could have the same experience I did.
