We were looking at Traverses and visited two different dealerships, but unfortunately, the customer service just wasn’t what we were looking for neither were the numbers. If I am at the service department for service on my Chevrolet vehicle I do not want to be approached by salesmen trying to get me to trade my car in. If I wanted a new car I would have went to the dealer side, but I was there for service.
Everyone I came across at this dealership was super friendly. Alex Sinoktot made sure I got a good deal on a beautiful Chevy Trax. JP Gonzalez in finance was so nice and patient with me as I debated which options I should go with. The receptionist up front was so friendly too. I could not be happier with my experience there.
