Distrustful!!! We had a deal on a used vehicle at Cavender Cadillac in San Antonio. The sales person, Johnny V, even sent us a completed invoice. My 85 year old father accompanied me from Austin to San Antonio to pick up the car. When we arrived we found out that the car had been sold to another buyer who came in after we had made a deal. They didsn’t even call us when we were in route, even after Johnny V knew what our ETA was to purchase the car. They lied about tire and windshield add on warranties. Buyers beware do not buy any added warranties. 5 year extra warranty no other dealers will work on vehicle as Cavendar will not authorize. Stay away. Buy from a DIFFERENT CADILLAC dealer!
