A big thank you to David Hagan for working with General Motors to buy back my 2015 Yukon Denali, which had well over a dozen warranty repairs in 17 months. A fair deal on buyback and purchase of a new one. Hopefully better luck with the 2016.

Nothing like waiting two hours with a 5 year old and a two year old only to find out they haven't even started my oil change! Left still needing to get it done. Great you offered me a free oil change when I can reschedule. Cuz I am in a huge hurry to come back...
In March 2015... I bought my first NEW car (2015 Acadia SLT) it took awhile for the deal I didn't like that much, but Jennifer didn't give up.. I was so tired by the end... I have always been treated with respect when I have come to dealership for my oil changes... This was an awesome experience...
Collision department sucks!!! I thought Cavender would be the best place with highest quality but I was wrong! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
