Awesome experience buying a truck with Josh Puente at Cavender GMC North. He went above and beyond to find us the perfect truck and gave us a great deal on our trade-in. If they spent as much time on customer satisfaction as they do on selling useless warranties, they would be great. I gave them 1,000.00 dollars just so I could leave with a vehicle. The warranty was terminated prior to term date. Sales gave us about 10 minutes orientation of the vehicle. I honestly can't see how they get all the 5 star ratings. They make it very hard to talk to someone who matters. I would never write a bad review unless things were really deceptive. Hope this helps others not have to go through the process ... read more
Most pleasant car buying experience ever! We went, test drove and drove off in a car for my daughter in less than 2 hours. Friendly staff, no pressure and they did not try to over sell us anything. Highly recommended
I purchased a 2014 GMC 1500 denali 11 months after engine blowout take it back and they try to Blame on me for the damage. Stay with out truck for 3 weeks finally I get it back and same day I get it engine light turn on, I take it back and they work on the truck for another 3 days I just get it back on 1/9/19 and on the following day engine light turn on again and here I am again. And on top of that customer service is bad Really bad experience with this GMC
