Financial manager Tony P. will screw you over and finance you at a higher rate than you deserve my guess is cause certain banks offer commissions. I have reported this dealer to RBFCU to remove them as a preferred dealer cause of this. He knew RBFCU oferred me a 4.7% rate hid it from me and had me sign with ally bank at a 8.2% rate pretty unethical business practice. Aaron Livermore(salesmen) and Dustin Hall(finance) went up to bat for me. I went to the dealership already defeated due to my bad credit. Aaron listened to what I needed in order to get the truck I wanted. Dustin then worked hard in getting the approval I needed. I highly recommend Cavender. I spoke with Aaron as my sales rep and he listened and even got the car I wanted delivered to me with the paperwork overnighted. He first spoke with my mom who was also pleased. He responded quickly to ever call and text and was very knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in.

We purchased a vehicle today. Our salesman, Jamal Walker, was an absolute joy to work with. He patiently answered all of our questions and went the extra mile to make sure our buying experience was a positive one. He even took the time to talk us through all of the car’s bells and whistles that were new to us so that, when we left the dealership, we were all set and ready and didn’t have to spend hours studying the manual. I highly recommend Cavender Buick GMC North and, especially, Jamal Walker.
