My son was completely butchered today - we shared a video of exactly what he wanted previously to the barber, talked about it and could not have been more clear on what he wanted - the barber made a horrible butcher of my son's hair; I cannot believe he actually made him pay for the mess. Terrible - Will never go again.

Booked my appointment with Ashley on booksy. I made the time & effort to show up at least 10 minutes before my appointment. She wasn’t there but someone else greeted me & told me she would arrive soon. After 10 minutes past the appointment time she didn't even bother to text me or anything & still hadn't even arrived.
