Fast and friendly service. I was so relieved to find out my AC could be fixed, Keith did a great job and he was kind and courteous every step of the way =]
Keith did an outstanding job of service!
Our A/C unit was not working right and we were melting! Keith Koontz came out right away. He figured out what the problem was within minutes. Got everything fixed and working like new within an hour. He was very friendly and polite. 10 out of 10 experience.
A/C died Friday evening.. and only 4 months after moving to new to me home. Relocated from out of state.Very nice neighbor recommended her HVAC company Caveman. Had for years loved their service and knowledge. I called first thing Monday morning.. expecting a couple weeks wait list .. she apologized for not being able to fit me in Tuesday - would Weds morning be ok! Wow! I said yes! Caveman did great! They beat the price of alpha and we were happy with them. I plan on calling them again. Also the office ladies are very helpful and know their stuff, I felt like that was refreshing.
