Becky Frankforther the owner was unbelievably rude, arrogant, and completely lacking in basic professionalism. I was quoted at a number for a heat pump repair and then after installation received a higher charge with hidden fees. I reached out to her to seek more clarity and was met with cold reproach and personal insults. Just when you think she’s hit rock bottom, she somehow finds a shovel and keeps digging. We had our unit/system checked getting ready for the winter season. The service was wonderful. Jay, the technician, did a great job. He was very helpful answering the questions we had. Jay is a pleasant individual who was good to work with.
Service tech Jay was courteous and professional. With update as he reviewed and serviced the three systems at our home. Personable service with reasonable rates earn Jay and Caveman 5-stars!!
Jay was a polite and capable service technician. He performed annual maintenance on our heat pump, found a failed capacitor that would have been an issue when weather turned cold and the heat was needed. Our Cave Club membership provides the reminder that a checkup/maintenance is due, plus we get a 15% discount. Thank You Caveman Heating & Air!
