the technician (Jay) was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and identified several issues I was unaware of that would have caused problems had they not been addressed.
Jay came out and worked on my A/C. He was friendly, quick and efficient. My husband asked many questions. All were pleasantly answered in a way he could understand which made the experience pleasant and worry free. Thank you Jay. You are welcome at our home anyday.
