No show for appointments I purchase the groupon they offered in January, waited until June for an appointment. They scheduled me for 6-9; but then did not even show up for the appointment. I contacted them, and they rescheduled for today; AND once again did not show up. I won't be giving Caveman a third try (and requesting a refund from Groupon).
Impressed with Caveman Cleaning I recently decided to try a cleaning business for my home. I tried a few different places and was most impressed with Caveman Cleaning! They were very professional and friendly. I am excited to continue using them for future cleaning projects!
Caveman Cleaning Comapany is a JOKE!!! I purchased a package through Groupon and had issues with them EVERY month! They either had to reschedule each month, or simply did not show up. One month they had to mysteriously close their business?!? The final straw was when they rescheduled twice in the same week, then sent an e-mail the night before at 11:30pm to inform me they wouldn’t be there in the morning. i wish i could give them no stars...after giving them way to many chances i am done with this company. they dont show up...they are always sick or have some emergency....what a joke...i spent 30 mintues on the phone with the owner trying to help him with his scheduling issues....and the next time they dont show up... Completely unprofessional
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME. I purchased this Groupon in January, and was told there were no openings until May. I let it wait until September, and scheduled them for 11/12/12. I called and left a message to confirm the appointment on 11/9, with no response. That should have been my first clue. On 11/12/12, after moving doctor's appointments and making arrangements for my dog, as well as making plans with my husband, I waited...and waited...called and left a message...waited some more...They never showed up, and nev... read more
Caveman Cleaning is the perfect cleaning company for me. Being a single and older gentleman, I have a hard time cleaning my home and Caveman Cleaning solved this problem for me! I have been using them for 8 months and don't have a single complaint about them. They always accommodate my needs, are always on time, leave my house spotless EVERY time, and you won't find a better price!
