This so called doctors patient care practice is deplorable. She has no since of urgency and a true lack for patient concerns. My father was under her care in 2000. She diagnosed him with a rare condition called sarcoidosis. It turned out that he acually had a fungal infection called cryptococcos. He was under her care for 3 1/2 months and died. Upon hearing of his death and when I went to her office to collect his records she stated "I have never seen sarcoidos take someone so quickly". Upon notification that he died from something totally different Butler-Sumner had no remorse or kind words. It was business as usual for her. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR FOPR TREATMENT. You are putting your life on the line. She should be delegated as, at best, a cold and flu specialist.

My family and I have been using Dr. Susan Butler-Sumner for at least 15 years, and I would not go to any other Dr. unless something happened to Dr. Sue.I enjoy the fact that she does care about her patients, and their families.
