Does not give photos prices and does not care about the customer, nothing in stock and no way to completely start ordering online no initial pricing. Call for pricing gets you no where. Locations are limited to showing you actual homes and don’t care about you finding something you can afford to live with entirely. They want to run credit before giving an actual price. Corporate office goes to voicemail and most employees don’t care to help. Poor industry services. I really want to work this out
Roof has been leaking for 4 months in the spring season. RAIN SEASON. And they have known about. Took 2 months to come out to look at and guy got on roof and said.... not sure where it could be leaking from. Put some caulk and cut some shingles and hope that fixed it..... IT DIDN'T. I emailed and called and here we are a month after and still leaking!!!
Muy mala calidad en todo material y servicios pensaba que klayton era lo más bajó en calidad pero ahora creo que cavco es la peor opción para comprar un Mobile Home te enseñan una casa con materiales de calidad y cuando te entregan la casa todo el material que te ponen es el más barato y cuando te mandan al personal para reparar todo lo que quedó mal no lo quieren hacer y se hechan la culpa unos a otro y te presionan para que firmes el Walk true para lavarse las manos y no arreglar nada como si estuvieras pagando unos cuanto... read more
Stay away from anything Cavco builds. I've been in real estate over 20 years and have never seen such a poorly built manufactured home. The home warranty service is bad! My sister bought one of these homes in January and the windows leak every time there is rain! I get responses like: Good Morning, We received the pictures you provided. We too experienced this storm & it was blowing hard enough that it was pushing water into every crack, crevasse, etc…that being said, our homes are not submarines & we can only do so much, es... read more
