Terrible. My kids' toilet has been leaking sewage out the base for months. We are under warranty and when someone DID show up he made excuses first saying it's not "their" toilet. All my paperwork proves him wrong. Second he said it's probably water from the tub splashing over. Third he said I have to jiggle the handle a couple times and clean the flapper in the tank. Stay away from the Marana location. Horrible customer service. The sales person did not get the order right. We purchased and Palm Harbor home through Cavco. Absolutely worst decision ever made. The Marana office manager will lie and not hold himself or anyone in the Marana office accountable for failing to do thier jobs. We purchased in February 2024 and still refuse to take possession of the home due to repairs not being made. Zero communication from the Cavco manager and if they do communicate, it is lies.
