I must agree with 90% of the other reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM CAVCO!! Shaking my head on the poor craftsmanship. If you can’t control a nail gun, don’t use it and screw up someone’s home. If you can’t put a light switch plate or plug plate on straight, get someone who can. If the person that comes out to do your trim out, constantly complains about their back hurting and says if you want to fill the gaps, get some caulk. I’m 65 and not able to do that. Get real!! Mike peer is a great man
I think Cavco purposely shopped around to find the most cheap ass materials they could find. The flooring is literally plastic covered paper!! Windows leaked, roof leaks from simply using the cheapest materials they could find. The workmanship is so shoddy and substandard it’s comical. The worst part is, they don’t even seem to care. But, now I’m stuck with it. If I had it to do over again, it would be a BIG NO! B
The service department is always helpful. The service manager and service writers go above and beyond to problem solve and help resolve issues. They are professional, personal, and get the job done.
