I got a home from a dealer of cavco about 8 months ago and it has been hell i have water leaks under house and they send there maintenance guy out to look at it and just put tape and try to cover it up but when me and a contractor went under house today we found my A/C duck to a vent was barely holding on and my A/C was helping cool off Az .
