the process of Bankruptcy was taking a toll on my life, not just financially but also emotional. Ms Vargas, was the kind of person that walked me through this horrible experience and she walked with me through it all. This is one of those really hard times when you NEED somebody empathetic, but also professional. Very highly recommended.
I was disappointed with Chuck when he wanted to make lavish and unnecessary trips to our office, burning through our retainer without any real care. He also lacked knowledge regarding involuntary bankruptcy and non profits. I wish we could have fired him sooner. Total waste of time and money.

John Dee Spicer with this firm supposedly settled on an asset in my case when he knew the full value. After the case was discharged, this unscrupulous lawyer "came back to the well" for four times more. He also did not follow up with my attorney when she, Marilyn Garner, did not notify me of his additional information requests. He then "invested" $350 to contest the case.
