Took my 29 year old (original) wedding ring in to have a new stone put in. They completely altered it, melted down the gold and tried to give it back to me. After waiting five months for them to attempt to fix it, they charged me full price for the stone ($1,700.00). All I got was, "we are sorry". I don't know what happened to MY gold that they melted down, no explanation was ever given to me. The ladies there were very nice and apologetic, but they ruined my original wedding ring and offered no compensation, just "sorry".
