It was a great experience using their service, as compared to my past duct cleaning services. they spent more time, explaining to me lots of knowledge regarding AC and duct system and have me lots of professional advice. I would use their service again!!!!

Booking was easy, and the company is very responsive. The technician arrived on time and was absolutely amazing and patient with us. A big thank you, Sean! We hope to see you again for duct cleaning in a few years! We definitely recommend this company and will be happy to work with them again in the near future!

Absolutely brutal. They consistently cancel cleans the day before or day of, with very little explanation. They break things and claim it wasn't them. Owner is very rude and doesn't take responsibility for poor work when brought to her attention.

If I could do a 0 I would. The owner lacks basic customer service skillset, cleaning is regularly cancelled- some times without notifying the homeowner. And to top it all, after parting ways the she ignores requests to return my house key. I'm in the process of changing locks and contemplating engaging our lawyer on principle. Do Not Use!
