My review is based on my experience with Rachel only, as she is the only doctor I have seen there so far. I came to Rachel for help with severe tinnitus. She works with ear waxing so that is why I went to her. She was so kind, sweet, encouraging, & supportive. I was bawling my eyes out & sobbing because I could not take the constant ringing anymore & I was experiencing severe depression, anxiety, & insomnia from it. Nice people, but the doctor I saw added an expensive supplement to my fee at the end of my service without asking me. When the supplement caused negative side effects the practice refused to offer me any type of refund. *Their reply to my review is a lie, but it’s fine.
Always fixes the problem awesome staff love them always there when u need help
Great adjustments and even nicer staff. Love all the doctors! Relief every time!
